Attention Spring 2012 UHD Graduates,
The Registrar’s Office congratulates you on your
accomplishment! Grades for your last term posted on May 18, 2012, which
marks the beginning of the diploma preparation and ordering process. The
first step involves the degree certification process which takes up to six
weeks after all final grades post. Once your degree is certified by your
degree-granting Academic College, the diploma order process can be completed,
this last step takes approximately 8 weeks.To ensure that your degree information is included in your official UHD transcript, please be sure to request your transcript after your degree-granting Academic College has certified your degree. Transcript requests can be made online through Student e-Services.

Deadline for Certifying Official to award
degrees to all Spring 2012 candidates.
Please note
that candidates certified after this deadline as well as those who have not made a graduation fee payment and have not
submitted a diploma order form by this deadline will have their order delayed
until both items have been received.

Reminder…
Any outstanding holds on your record will unfortunately delay
the processing of your transcript and/or diploma. All financial holds will need
to be cleared before diplomas are ordered and transcripts are released.
Please notify the Registrar’s Office of any changes that will
affect the distribution of your diploma.
